Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of the FIFA 11+ warm-up program on speed, agility, jumping and Hamstring (H) muscle strength variables with the traditional warm-up program applied to football players. A total of 39 football players voluntarily participated in the study, including participants of the Traditional Warm-up Group (TWG) who applied a traditional warm-up program (n=18, 18.50±1.26) and participants of the FIFA 11+ Warm-up Group (FWG) who applied a FIFA 11+ warm-up program (n= 21, 17.69±1.37). The players' speed, agility, jump, and hamstring muscle strength values were measured twice, at the beginning of the study and after 8 weeks of training. The participants' 20 and 30 meters speed skills were determined by photoser, agility skills by T agility test, vertical jump skills vertical jump and H muscle strength values were determined by H Board. In the evaluation of the data, arithmetic mean and standard deviation values were used as descriptive statistics. The normality test of the data was examined with the Shapiro-Wilk test and it was determined that the data were not distributed normally. Wilcoxon test, one of the nonparametric tests, was used to determine the difference between the pretest-posttest results of the speed agility, jumping and H muscle strength values of the football players. According to the results of statistical analysis, it was determined that there was a significant difference between the pre-test final values of the FWG participants who performed FIFA 11 + warm-up exercises, 20 and 30m speed, agility, vertical jump, left and right leg H muscle Peak Torque (PT) strength, left and right leg average H muscle strength, difference between left and right leg H muscle strength (BLF) parameters. The percentage improvement in FWG participants was 0.65% in the 20- meter test, 3.04% in the 30-meter test, 1% in the agility test, and 0.56% in the vertical jump test; In tests for H muscle strength, it was 11.07% in the right leg (PT) and 23.05% in the left leg (PT); Average Power values were 9.22% in the left leg and 14.28% in the right leg; It was determined that there was 475.85% improvement in bilateral difference values. It was determined that there was a significant difference in the agility and vertical jump tests of the TWG participants in our study in favor of the preliminary test, and in the left and right leg H muscle peak torque(PT)values in favor of the final test. The percentage improvement values of the TWG participants were v 0% at 20 and 30 meters, and -3.76% in the agility test; it was -4.82% in the vertical jump test; In the H muscle strength test, the peak torque values were 12.66% in the right leg and 10.83% in the left leg; Average Power values were 4.56% in the left leg and 7.27% in the right leg; It was determined that there was an improvement of 0.44% in bilateral difference values. If it is desired to prevent injuries and improve athletic performance in athletes, it may be recommended to apply FIFA 11 + warm-up exercises developed by FIFA before training.
