Abstract (EN)
Aim of this study was to investigate effect of 8 weeks preparation period training programs on physiologic, physical and biochemical parameters of football players. Football players (n:18) who were between 18 and 23 years old participated in this study. Training program (8 weeks and 6 days per week) was applied on subjects. Height, weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, waist and hip circumference, MaxVO2, anaerobic force, resting heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure measurements was applied as physical and physiologic parameters; cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, sodium, potassium, chloride, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc and vitamin D3 measures was applied as biochemical. Obtained data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 program. Paired Samples T-Test and Wilcoxon Test were used for statistical significance of data. Significance was found in diastolic blood pressure, chloride, phosphorus and vitamin D3 (p<0.05). Significance was not found other physical, physiologic and biochemical parameters (p>0.05). As a result, it can be said that to be positive effects of 8 weeks preparation period training program on physiological and biochemical parameters and that there is no effect to physical parameters because of age range of football players.
