Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to investigate the acute effects of different neuromuscular warm-up protocols (FIFA 11+, HarmoKnee, Dynamic Warm-up) on anaerobic power, isokinetic strength, vertical jump, agility, sprint and shooting speed performances in football players. 32 amateur football players included in the study were subjected to pre-tests after a standard warm-up (10 minutes of jogging). After the pre-tests, the participants were divided into 3 groups using the randomly assign method: the FIFA 11+ warm-up protocol group (FIPG, n=11), the HarmoKnee warm-up protocol group (HIPG, n=10) and the Dynamic warm-up protocol group (DIPG, n=11). With the randomly assign method, it was ensured that there was no difference between the pre-test values of the groups. In the post-tests, after the participants applied the warm-up protocol of the group they were in, they were given 5 minutes of passive rest, and then the post-tests were applied. In order to determine the effect of warm-up methods on performance, Repeated-measures 2-way ANOVA was applied. The changes in the average power (FIPG, HIPG, DIPG), vertical jump (FIPG, HIPG, DIPG), agility (FIPG) and shooting speed performances (FIPG, HIPG) of the football players over time were found to be significant (p<0,05). It was observed that peak power, isokinetic strength and 20 m sprint performances did not differ significantly over time (p>0,05). There was no significant difference between the warm-up groups (p>0,05). As a result of the study, it was determined that different neuromuscular warm-up methods had a positive effect on some performance parameters (average power, vertical jump, agility and ball kicking velocity) of amateur football players. It has been observed that FIFA 11+ protocol positively affects more performance parameters compared to HarmoKnee and Dynamic warm-up protocols.
