Circumcision according to the date and the time and correct understanding of the requirements for the protection must always be emphasized with constant direction. One of the ways to achieve this is to identify the intentions of the Hz. Prophet's words.Because this intentions are permanent and unchangeable by time.However, the purpose of the occasion which performs intentions may change based on the time. circumcision will be both better understood and applicability of it will be continuous when brought to the fore the universal aspects of circumcision which is unchangeable according to the time and circumstances. İn order to protect the value of circumcision, it is important to interpret it according to the circumstances of the time and the purposes behind it. Cleaning teeth with misvak which gained importance together with Hz. Prophet has been an important circumcision from that time until the present day. But our life has been changing constantly and the insruments that we use continuously have been changed with a more useful ones. Many tools that used before hundred years ago now is turning into as a historical monuments. These changes and conversions are also acceptable for the tools that used by Hz. Promphet and for the ones that transforms as a part of circumcisions. Consequently when the teeth are cleaned with toothbrushs instead of misvak at the present time, circumcision is fulfilled. However, most people give importance to and fairly hallow these tools rather than the purpose of the usage of Hz. Promphet . However the real purpose of the use of misvak for Hz. Prophet is to provide the "oral and dental cleaning" .When it is analyzed in terms of means-purpose relationship that has been rumored about misvak, it is possible to see that more clearly.
