Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study of health care workers in hospital emergency burn outand workload is to determinethe relationship bet weenperceptions. Researchis locatedin Istanbul's population working in hospital emergency doctors, nurses, health officers and emergency medical technicians constitute. The research sample consistsof 310 health personnel. Sample selection simple random sampling method was used. Burnoutand workload scaleswere used.The resulting data were analyzedin SPSS 16 program. The analysis of frequency data, descriptive statistics such as percentage, average, and standard deviation, and t-test, ANOVA test and the chi-squared test statistic has been part of. According tothe research results of hospital emergency medical personnelworking inthe relationship betweenworkload andemotional exhaustionis positive. This situationincreasesthe workload of employeesin creased suggests thatthe perceptionof emotional exhaustion. Key Words :Workload, Burnout, Hospital Emergency
