Anxiety and stress level and its effecting factors of the hospital cleaning workers and factory workers

The purpose of this research is ascertaining of subjecting to work accident and job diseases of hospital workers and factory workers and their pyscological and social issue at workplace depend on working conditions . Descriptive research was applied by overall survey and state and trait anxiety levels and sensed stress level scale and applied to 1216 voluntary woers employeed at Naksan Holding Plastics,Gaziantep Universty Research and Application Hospital , 25 Aralık Hospital, Dr.Ersin Arslan Hospital, Şehitkamil Hospital and Gaziantep Child Health And Diseaes Hospital in Jun-July 2012. The members of this research is male at a rate of 90,3% and 39,3% of them is between 22-29 and 46,8 % is graduated from high school , , 52,8% has lower revenue than expenditure 70,1% of the workers don?t think their salary is provision of their labor 24,3 % work in an additional job except own works and 43,7% of this percentage is specify that they work part time job. 33,6% employed at heavy dutys 65,6% has absence of time problem during working hours and 50,7% of this percentage is under stress ,52,7% don t have enough and balanced alimentation during working 38,7% lived health problem at workplace 21,8% of them couldn t use health oppurtinityvof the company 35,7% can use this opportinity by the permission of their manager 32,6% subjected to work accident , 15,6 % has job disease . 28 % is subjected to violence 82,6% thinks that workplace is stressfull 55,5 % of the attenders of this research works at factory and 45,5% works at hospital as cleanner. 42,9% of the cleaninng worker and 79 % of the factory worker can?t use annual leave whenever they want 47,6% of cleanning worker and 89,7% of the factory worker work in shifts,71,2% of the factory worker 80,7% of the cleaning worker fell physical tiring,48,3% of the cleaning worker and 53,1% of the factory worker feel physicologicly burnout is specified. State anxiety level is high at 78% of them, trait anxiety level is high at 80,3% of them, sensed stress level is low at 63,8% and medium at 28,7% of them. It is obtained that the laborers, think that their job don?t appropriate them, think they were not happy at workplace, work in shift, undergo work accident and job disease , anxiety and stress level is higher.
