"The researcher 's universe was composed of physicians (190 people) working in the hospital where the research was conducted in September - October 2017. All of the universe was included in the scope of the survey, including those who were on temporary leave and annual leave, and refused to fill out the questionnaire but 160 medicines were reached. The analysis of the data was done using frequency, t test, one way variance analysis (ANOVA) and correlation analysis." "38.8% of the physicians were female, 61.2% were male and the mean age was 41.0 ± 8.0 (Min: 25, Max: 65). The anxiety of the physicians who are not satisfied with working in the institution and the occupational safety of those who are satisfied are higher. It was found that occupational safety was provided in the hospital where the study was conducted, but physicians experienced mild anxiety."
