The reasons for dismissal in the period of Rashidun Caliphate

In this study, the names who were dismissed during the period of the Rasidun Caliphate and the reasons for their dismissal are discussed. With the era of the Prophet, the foundations of the Islamic State began to be laid by moving away from the understanding based on tribalism in the Arabian peninsula. During this period as of the current conditions, there was no need for a comprehensive state organization. Various arrangements have been made to eliminate the negative problems experienced within the state during the period of Rasidun Caliphate, which began with the death of the Prophet. In various periods, these regulations have been tried to the governor, commander or officers. The two-year caliphate of Abu Bakr was a continuation of the period of the Prophet. Abu Bakr, who started conquering Syria in his caliphate, took Halid b. Said from the army command only because he found someone more competent than him during this time. During the reign of Omar, Osman and Ali, the borders of the Islamic State expanded with conquests, allegiance and the establishment of new cities, as a result of which many assignments were carried out within the state. Omar has aimed at the growth and institutionalization of the Islamic State during his decennary caliphate. He inspected his governors and dismissed them from time to time in order to shape this growth in a strong and suitable way. Moreover Omer dismissed some of his commanders because he thought it would be more appropriate. In the early periods of his Caliphate Osman continued a strong and stable state structure by following the path of his predecessor Omar. However he sometimes dismissed his governors due to the complaints from the states, who sometimes behaved unbecoming of muslim administrator.
