During the martyrdom of the Hz.Prophet

It is known that the issue of martyrdom in Islam has an important place in today's world. While The Holy Quran was explaining the virtues of martyrdom with a lot of verses, Hz. Prophet stood on this subject in many of his hadiths and explained in a detailed way the martyrdom of the types, conditions, the things they brought in the world and in the hereafter and also who could be martyred in which situation. Hz. Prophet era martyrs perception and the martyrs of this time build the main theme of our work. In this context, it is known that totally 176 companions, 2 in twelve-year-old Mecca part and 174 in ten-year-old part of Medina part of Hz.Muhammad's prophecy period, were martyred. As a prophet, Hz.Muhammad hugged, guarded and looked out for all parts of the society. Within these parts,he devoted close attention and supplied psychological support to especially martyr's family and children and he didn't deny moral and material support to them.Depending on the circumstances, he sometimes put the ones that were in need under protection directly,sometimes shared their sorrow with his tears and sometimes consoled the martyr's relatives back by reminding the high honour of them in the afterlife.
