Evaluation of first reading-writing cds regarding to primary school first grade teachers opinion

The first reading-writing CD?s have been prepared as an auxiliary material to the primary school first grade teachers and the students who want to make individual practice. These CD?s prepared an ideal environment in which the students are able to spend good time addition to learning while entertaining. This research deals with evaluation of first reading-writing CD?s regarding to primary school first grade teachers? opinion. A considerable part of teachers use CD?s with books during first read-write education. Computers which has a considerable place in education, provides important contributions to teaching-learning process especially with the preperation of effective educational softwares. Multimedia CD?s which include audio, video,text, grafic elements, are able to stimulate many perceptions and sense centers. First reading-writing CD?s which are prepared as interactive, make teaching of reading-writng and learning more enjoying, efficient and, entertaining.Scale has developped by using descriptive scanning and content analyis. Scale is consisted of three dimenions ?content, quality and usefulness?. The first dimension is the study of contents of first reading-writing CD?s. There are six items in this dimension. The second diemension is the study of technical quality of first reading-writing CD's. There are eighteen items in this dimension.. The third dimension is the study of usefulness of first reading-writing CD?s. There are five items in this dimension.Findings show that first reading-writing CD?s used in first reading-writing teaching are content-rich. Answers given by the techers show that first reading-wrting CD?s are adequate to the technical quality and usefulness criterias of NEM.There have not been any researches done about first reading-writing CD?s in this way untill today. Our study has a unique qualification and prepared at the level to be a source for the researchers who want to make research in this matter.Keywords: First reading-writing, interactive reading-writing, interactive education
