The thoughts of 6th, 7th and 8th grade students about organizational conflict areas between teachers and students in primary education schools

The aim of this study is to determine the thoughts of 6th, 7th and 8th grade students about organizational conflict areas between teachers and students in primary education schools.The universe of this descriptive search in scanning model consists of 27.189 students from 29 primary education schools in Sultangazi District in Istanbul. Since it is difficult to reach all of stated universe, 50 students from 19 schools in Sultangazi District in İstanbul have been selected through random method. The number of students in stated schools have been availed from Sultangazi National Education Management Strategy Development Unit and so the represent ability power of universe of sampling group has been tried to determine.?The Scale of Conflict Areas between Teachers and Students in Education Institutions? which was developed by the researcher has been used as data gathering tool. SPSS software has been used in the analysis of the obtained data. To examine the data; frequency, percentage, arithmetic average, standard deviation, variance, t-test and tukey have been studied. A level of 0.05 has been taken as a basis in the significance test. The suggestions have been developed under the light of availed data.
