Şhi'i references from Sunni sources over Imamah theory

The leadership has always been a matter of concern throughout history for man. Muslims, too with all their cults, have been involved in this sociological fact and has issued it in detail. Each cult has refered to religious dogmas in order to base their view. Therefore, after the Prophet, Muslims tried to comment and understand Quran and Sunnah. This led to lots of scientific discussions among the cults. The most notable one ocuured is the one between Ehl-i Sunnah and Shi'a.The Shii scholars referred to a lot of Sunni based tafsirs (explanation of Quran) and hadiths in order to defeat Sunni view and have new supporters from Sunni side. The subject of this study is those references. This study consists of introduction, two more parts and conclusion. In the introduction part we have issued the terms and the view of cults over Imamah. We have isseued the references to the comments on verses of Quran by The shii scholars in the first part and in the second part, we have issued the refered hadiths. In both parts, we have mentioned about the Shii point of view about Imamah and their comments and then we have commented these views. And in the conclusion part, we have given the opinion obtained after this study.Key words: Ehl-iSunnah, Shi'a, Imamah.
