Abstract (EN)

Developing and changing world order effects into business life of individuals with their own private circles is undeniable. This affects both the family and business life situations that have caused changes in work and most importantly, their performance on the influence of interests has been a topic of curiosity. Is the direction in which this effect has become a focus of interest and review the academic sense is needed.Research work - family conflict on employees, job performance, to uncover the impact that the level of private educational institutions in Ankara under çalışılmıştır.Araştırma is under investigation. Educators and other employees designated to study 120 people were surveyed. The study, "Identification and business control over the work, family - work conflict self-efficacy scale, the scale of work-family conflict and family satisfaction scale, business performance" scales, and people are asked to assessmentsAs a result, the income levels of people who work - family conflict was found to be ineffective, but has a major effect on wage-level job performance. Conflict factor, age, spouse's work status, gender, duration of work has not important.
