Abstract (EN)

In today's rapidly evolving and changing intense competition environment, businesses must strengthen employees' knowledge, skills and abilities as versatile in order to maintain the continuity in the production of goods and services. Businesses which can use the limited time wisely, can do the appropriate job, making sense of risks, that knows how to prevent and overcome crisis, that believe in team work, which can adapt to changes and developments and the ones investing in human resources may well be able to maintain their position by producing quality goods and services at low cost. Businesses can provide the development of knowledge and skills of the employees that they have within the IN-SERVICE TRAININGS. Both dynamic businesses that strengthen its employees earn and their employees are enriched in economic, social and cultural areas. In today's information society, businesses with versatile skills, gained the competence to comprehend the complex internal and external relations, integration and solidarity sharing, up to job satisfaction, depending on business, modern and innovative, where employees are open to learning will gain in every aspect. This thesis studies the importance of in-service training for businesses, how to contribute to the staff's professional knowledge and skills and how to improve the efficiency of enterprises that producing goods and services. Employees can bring their business to a very high position as they may devastate the business. The overall purpose of this thesis was to draw attention to the in-service training's contribution to the businesses and to focus on the practices and methods of education.
