In this context, survey questions were prepared using the perceived social support scale, work-family life conflict and family-work life conflict scale, job satisfaction scale and life satisfaction scale. 523 questionnaires have been applied to female employees who are employed in enterprises operating in the manufacturing sector in Gaziantep Province and selected by convenience sampling method. All of these questionnaires were evaluated and Smart PLS statistical package program was used for data analysis.
