A research on woman academicians aimed at specifing of the relationship between the obstacles being bumped into career life and job living loneliness

Published by the World Economic Forum "the global gender gap report" fame 2010-2011, according to data from Turkey in 139 countries; gender inequalities in the rankings at 126, 131 ranking of the participation of women in economic life, Educational life in terms of to participate in the 109, is ranked 99th in terms of participation in political life. According to this, the social and economic life of women in Turkey participate in the event are among the many obstacles. From this perspective, women in our country especially when dealing with employees is becoming important to examine factors that inhibit their progress in their career. In this context, individuals desire to grow their business and career due to work commitments individuals that want to work leads to loneliness. Individuals face different obstacles and these obstacles of business life while pursuing their careers especially the women is the loneliness we investigated whether orientation to redirect. In this context, the purpose of the study the career life obstacles that are encountered in the determination of the relationship between loneliness and business life is directed. In this context, conducted a survey on female academics. In the study, the obtained data analyzed using SPSS 18.0 package program with the survey method. Reliability of the scales cronbach's α values calculated for the demographic factors of percent and frequency values were measured. Descriptive data for variables in research scale mean, standard deviation, variance, values were determined. The loneliness of his life, career and business life obstacles that are encountered in this research was prepared for the determination of the relationship between hypothesis testing, Correlation and regression analysis were measured.
