Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to analyze the studies made about the opinions of teachers on inclusive education and to identify the results of them with meta-synthesis method. The data of this study is obtained from 33 postgraduate theses which made in 20 different universities and with 25 different branch teachers between 2007 and 2017 together with providing criterions including meta-synthesis. Total number of teachers taking part in working groups of theses is 2506. In this study, there are 8 main themes and relating subthemes with encoding qualitative and quantitative data in accordance with questions looked for answers and including criterions. Within the analysis in order to provide encoding reliability, repeated encoding reliability is found as 87 %. As a result of encoding process, the data collected under the themes first synthesized among each other in a way showing frequencies in tables, after that has been reached synthesis data about theme and subthemes by bringing together the data provided by qualitative and quantitative data. According to research data, a large part of teachers do not have any knowledge about inclusive education, they do not do any arrangements in teaching environment, they have difficulties in integrating inclusive students to class environment, they organize limited number of teaching methods and techniques, a large number of them do not make any revision in learning content and do not apply individualized education program, they have difficulties in arranging assessment and evaluation techniques special to inclusive students and a great number of them do not prepare any materials for them. It has been found that elements that are teachers do corporation with are family, school counselor, school administration, counseling and research center, special education and rehabilitation centers and general training teachers. Major problems that teachers face are the deficiencies of physical conditions, time problem, lack of support room for special teaching, inadequacy of experts, and crowded classroom. Additionally, there are some necessities to be done in other results of research such as: doing inclusive training in different school and classes by teachers, popularizing support training rooms, organizing teacher educations, lessening student numbers in classrooms, improving physical conditions, giving inclusive education by experts and making extra time arrangements.
