Chi-Square Test was used to compare categorical data. Mann-Whitney U Test was used to compare quantitative data. In our study, adenoma detection rate was 26.4% in women and 36% in men between August 2015 and October 2018. Between November 2018 and January 2019, this rate was 27.5% for women and 43% for men. The cecum intubation rate was 82% between August 2015 and October 2018 and 84.4% between November 2018 and January 2019. Sedation was performed at 91.4% between August 2015 and October 2018 and this rate was 98% between November 2018 and January 2019. Colonoscopy withdrawal time was recorded in the colonoscopies performed between November 2018 and January 2019 and the mean withdrawal time was 13.6 minutes. As a result; It was determined that colonoscopy performed in the Fırat University Hospital Gastroenterology Clinic Endoscopy Unit did not meet all the parameters of international quality criteria and compliance with international quality criteria should be increased in order to perform more effective colonoscopy procedures.
