Abstract (EN)
Tourism industry is the one of the most profitable sector in Turkey. This is in turn brings about competition. Congress tourism businesses has worked to improve service than to remain in this competitive environment. Congress tourism has more income that any other tourism kind. Since the participants have high income and culture levels, the effects of congress tourism are much more than that of general tourism. Organization of congress requires detailed study, intensive preparation period and knowledge accumulation. Thus, organizations of congress should be made by professional individuals and institutions
