Abstract (EN)

Investigation of the Relationship of Oxyhemoglobin Carboxyhemoglobin and Blood Gas (pO2- pCO2) Values with Carbonic Anhydrase Enzyme in Patients Diagnosed with the Disease 2019 (COVID-19) As the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a pandemic on March 11, 2020, the COVID-19 device was first detected in China in December 2019. The introduction of the zoonotic, droplet-borne COVID-19; presenting with fever, cough, and myalgia, and pneumonia, which is a multi-organ disease. It is known that it is learned by nasopharyngeals wab/sample all over the World directed by the Center for Disease Prevention and Prevention (CDC). Carbonicanhydrases (CA, ECEC.1.1) aretissueizedforCO2/HCO3-transportand respiration between metabolites and bodies, Ph and CO2 homeostasis, model in various organs High expression of CA-IX isoenzymes in the body due to high risk of COVID-19 It is expected to increase the risk sarising from hypoxic environments. It is known that most proliferating cells in carcino genesis are metabolized by aerobic glycolysis (Warburg Effect) instead of oxidativelysis, which has more benefits in glycolysis. In this retrospective study, high partial CO2 levels of COVID-19 patients were related with CA enzyme which is defined with low O2 levels in low pH. The structure and function of hemoglobin was analyzed retrospectively from blood gases of COVID-19 patients. According to these results, the blood gas values of pCO2, pO2, oksihemoglobin, karboksihemoglobin of COVID-19 patients showed us a relation might be correlated with CA enzyme level stop redict the mechanisms of tumorigenesis in COVID19 infection.
