Abstract (EN)

Communication is an essential part of human life. The fact that people can live in peace and tranquility, and that they make the world an uninhabitable place through wars, is the result of effective or poor communication with each other. The religion of Islam also prioritizes people to live in peace and tranquility and sets some rules for this. Many of these rules –which are applied in the sunnah of the Prophet and which regulate the relations of Muslims with each other, their individual and social lives and their relations with non-Muslim communities– are placed in Qur'an, the main source and the holy book of Islam, in different styles and expression forms. The aim of this study is to examine the ayats which have the phrases "Ya ayyuhannas / O people" and "Ya ayyuhallazina amanu / O you who believe", which Allah has addressed His servants, and in which He has informed, commanded, forbidden or asked questions, in terms of the styles of "habar" and "inshâ". The other aim of this study is to determine the styles contained in these ayats; to find out the usability of their expression styles in daily life, social relations and communication; and to reveal whether the issues in the ayats will set an example for different situations.
