Transferring the first volume of Mizanci Murad Bey's "Taharrî-i İstikbal" to the new Turkish alphabet and analysis

As a result of our thesis, which we prepared in order to transfer the first volume of Mizancı Murad Bey's work titled "Taharrî-i İstikbal" from Ottoman Turkish to the new Turkish alphabet and to analyze the texts in it, Mizancı Murad Bey was an important intellectual, a citizen of his nation, and a world of mind. It turns out that he is an extremely rich and powerful writer. Mehmed Murad Bey, who sheds light on the troubled state of the nation during the reign of II. Abdulhamid, the political problems experienced, and the behavior of the sultan in the face of situations, has a great knowledge and foresight. The newspaper Mîzan, which was published between 1886-1909, consists of three periods. Mehmed Murad Bey, who displayed a pro-sultan attitude in the first period, showed his resentment and anger in the second and third periods, and took an oppositional attitude to the sultan. Our aim in the study is to present the 30 articles in the second cycle of the Mîzan newspaper to the reader, to enable future generations to examine their past closely, to show how Murad Bey has made progress in the political criticism of our literature, and to be instrumental in better understanding his ideas in today's Turkish. For this reason, the first volume of the work Taharrî-i İstikbal, which we examined, was published in 1911 by Mizancı Murad Bey's son in Istanbul Amidi Printing House. The articles published in Mîzan newspaper during the European and Egyptian periods were presented to the reader in two volumes. The first of the two volumes was reviewed by us. Mizancı Murad Bey uses a severe criticism style in his writings in the first volume of Taharrî-i İstikbal. Mehmed Murad Bey, who made investigations based on his observations, discussed the sultan's shortcomings, the statesmen's positions in their duties, the problem at the root of the problems experienced and the situation of the people as a result of all these. By revealing the solution of every problem, issue and deficiency he dealt with, he invited II. Abdulhamid to correct his mistakes. Keywords: II.
