In addition, structural equation modeling was used to test the research model. Data were analysed using SPSS and AMOS statistical package programs. According to the findings, there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and intrinsic motivation has a significant effect on altruism, conscientiousness, kindness, civic virtue and sportsmanship sub-dimensions of OCB. In this context, the mediating roles of organizational commitment and job satisfaction between intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation and OCB differed when the motivation and organizational citizenship behavior sub-dimensions were taken into account. According to this; It has been seen that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is an important factor for organizational citizenship behaviors, while organizational commitment and job satisfaction mediate this relationship at various levels.
