Abstract (EN)

The most important problem is experienced in the use of environmental problems that increase with the industrial reservation. In order to meet the energy needs of modern life, carbon emissions released into nature as a result of unconscious consumption of fossil fuels spread into the atmosphere and harm the ecological balance. As a result, it causes important irreversible problems for our world such as global warming, rising sea climate, melting of glaciers and climate change. A substantial part of the research time, which is distributed according to the energy consuming sectors, is consumed in the construction sector. In order to save energy in buildings, life spans are given importance in the design. Passive house design approach, whose result is effective building design, is the proposed project energy conservation enclosures for moderate dry climate zone (Konya province). In order to achieve the determined purpose, the criteria and values of the passive house assumption made on the basis of the literature on passive house standards are included. Afterwards, the degrading housing project data, Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) loading data entry was constructed for Konya province by applying passive house design criteria that will minimize energy consumption. Then, the values obtained by the program, such as the restraint load and the U values of the building boundaries, were analyzed in accordance with the passive house rules. Passive house design has been proposed by determining the necessary thermal insulation and design criteria for the Konya climate. Thanks to passive house standards, it is aimed to save energy and benefit from solar energy with effective energy design. The achieved target target is systems that can design high-efficiency passive houses with good heating, heat-proof shell, thermal bridge-free explanations, high-view window and door systems and heat recovery mechanical ventilation system designed in accordance with the region without getting too far from the existing building techniques in Konya. It is aimed to spread the passive house standards and to carry these standards to the buildings.
