Ashabu'l-wujuh in Shafi'i sect

This study deals with the issue of ashabu'l-wujuh mujtahids in the Shafi'i sect. However, the concept of ashabu'l-wujuh, the emergence of ashabu'l-wujuh and which mujtahids they are were tried to determine, and the scientific ranks and positions of these mujtahids in the Shafi'i sect were tried to be revealed. The subject of ashabu'l-wujuh has been dealt with in the context of classical works. The mujtahids of the ashabu'l-wujuh have a great importance in Shafi'i Fiqh. Because it is accepted that these mujtahids have existed since Imam Shafii. Therefore, they have had a great role and influence in the Shafi'i sect with their positions and their views, especially in the emergence and development of the Shafi'i sect. These mujtahids, which are of great importance in the Shafi'i Fiqh, are the mujtahids who came after the absolute follower mujtahid in terms of the scientific layer, who adhered to the procedure of the Imam of the sect and whose views are considered vech in the sect. The issue of which of the opinions of these mujtahids, which are a large layer in number, will be taken into consideration, has been subject to certain rules.
