Abstract (EN)
Job satisfaction and organizational commitment are becoming an important issue in terms of retaining qualified employees.In the study, it was aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction levels of 300 health care workers on their organizational commitment. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to healthcare workers. In the first part of the research; job satisfaction, in the second part; organizational commitment, in the third part; job satisfaction and organizational commitment concepts are discussed in terms of health care workers. In the fourth chapter; the subject, purpose, importance, model, hypotheses, limitations, method of the research, and in the fifth chapter; the findings of the research are given. In the conclusion and recommendations section, a summary of the literature review, the results obtained from the questionnaires, and suggestions for future researchers and healthcare professionals are given. As a result of the research, it was found that the intrinsic satisfaction levels of health care workers did not have a significant and positive effect on their affective commitment, but it had a significant and positive effect on both continuance commitment and normative commitment; affective commitment had a significant and positive effect on marital status, educational status, occupation, working years in both institution and profession; continuance commitment had a significant and positive effect on marital status, educational status, occupation, working years in both institution and profession; normative commitment had a significant and positive effect on educational status, working years in both institution and profession; continuance commitment differed significantly in terms of marital status, educational status, occupation, working department, working years in both institution and occupation; normative commitment differed significantly in terms of educational status, working department, working years in both institution and occupation; and intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction differed significantly in terms of both educational status and working department.
