Abstract (EN)

Radiology is an important part of diagnosis and treatment in all health care facilities. With each passing day, a new application emerges. At the beginning of these innovations are technological developments. Device documentation for imaging techniques of healthcare institutions is getting easier day by day. For this reason, health institutions can only capture the competitive advantage with the "human" factor. Effective communication techniques are needed to translate the human factor into advantage. Organizational commitment is also an important concept. It is of great importance that employees use the advantage of securing compartmentalization and being experienced. This study demonstrates the influence of the people who work in Radiology department on the interdependence of the communication process they have established or conducted with themselves or with patients / relatives, in-house workers and external persons. The first point that draws attention to the data obtained from the employees involved in the survey is that the perceptions about the general issues of communication process evaluation are extremely high. However, it is also an important issue that has multiplied in the survey, and participants seem to be indifferent in terms of their commitment to their organizations.
