Abstract (EN)
The concept of development has become an important concept after the Second World War. As the island country in South East Asia, Singapore gained independence, it became one of the most stable and prosperous countries of Asia from an old developing colony. The most important reason behind Singapore's success is its investment in human. Singapore, which is poor in natural resources, is now one of the developed countries of the world. This study compares between Turkey and Singapore in terms of social and economic indicators, Turkey which is a rich country in natural resources and human resources is proposed to take Singapore's development model as an example.
