Relationship between theater and multimedia

Although the History of Multımedia technologies goes back to the past, it is seen that popularity is in the last period of the 20th century. The use of these technologies in the field of theater art shows that some foundations such as vitality, space and text have changed and transformed later. This situation formed in the West, Turkey has been moving more slowly. In the first part of our work ecek Theater and Multimedia Relations ecek, information will be given about the short history of the staging of multimedia technologies. It will be stated how the theatrical movements in the first half of the twentieth century used multimedia technologies. In addition, the first examples of the use of registered environments are given. In the 1960s, the performance examples that use the ever-increasing multimedia technology will be emphasized after the birth of performance art. In the second part, in developed countries, games using multimedia technology and, in the case of highlighted vitality, sound, space and text terms, information about how multimedia changed theater techniques and game texts will be given. Games staged in Turkey in recent years, the concepts will be examined in the second part out of the theater. X In the light of the in-depth interviews that I transferred in the third chapter, information will be given about the functions of the theater samples that use multimedia technologies and the functions they use in the media and technologies. In the conclusion, the challenges or conveniences of multimedia technologies in theater plays will be compared. In Turkey and the developed states will discuss the use cases they brought to the theater of multimedia technology.
