Abstract (EN)

In Turkey, the active attendance of women into political processes as a requirement for democracy has gradually become possible. Women movements mobilizing after 1980s made struggle of women more meaningful. Along with the progress of Islamism, in RP especially, then in the conservative Ak Party and its woman organizations, played a key role in the power struggle after 2000s. It has still been a matter of contention whether woman commissions/branches, one of the example of woman organizations, have increased political attendance of women and provided a realm carrying out active performances, The issue of whether Judical improvements in terms of political participation are enough or not should be analyzed. If not enough, making the participation of women possible into political actions is supposed to be examined. Because of cultural and political incentives, political achievement of women will fail, and hence, women struggle against a great deal of hardships to gain the power administration and representation and stay in decision-making mechanisms.
