Abstract (EN)

The exegetical councils written by Ibn Umm Sinan, who died in the year (1088) and known as the Al-Sinani councils, in which the author dealt with selected verses extracted from previous exegetical books, or from his knowledge and extensive culture. Our choice fell on Surat Al-Fatihah to the end of Surat Al-Baqarah, which includes (24) councils. The importance of these councils comes from their being in the highest rank among scholars, and their devotion to them by reading, benefiting, and drawing from the knowledge found in these councils. The author's style is characterized by intellectual and encyclopedic diversity. The researcher followed the historical descriptive approach in the study section, and his method of dealing with it is the interpretation of the verses, synonymous with poetic verses, linguistic, grammatical, morphological, and rhetorical issues, ideological investigations, Sufi anecdotes, and mentioning the conditions of God's saints and their lives. In the shadows of the graces of God Almighty, and His looks at them, opening the doors of providence for them, and the divine gaze enveloped them with success, and overwhelmed them with divine kindness, sensing the control of the authority of divinity and divinity. The study came out with several results, most notably: Ibn Umm Sinan singled out a group of meanings and interpretations that had not been presented before, and in his interpretation he employed the rest of the sciences of language, origins, jurisprudence and belief except for Sufism and ethics.
