Abstract (EN)

Motivation is a concept based on interest and desire that motivates a person to do it in the presence of a job. Personnel motivation, on the other hand, is a concept that focuses on job satisfaction and productivity, which enables employees to perform the work they like in the work life. The target population of the study has a complex structure and the study population was determined by the researcher on the grounds that it would make data acquisition difficult and prolong the data acquisition process (Alnıaçık and İslamoğlu, 2016). According to the information obtained from the Uşak Governorship of the Republic of Turkey, the target population of the study consists of the employees of textile businesses operating in the Uşak Organized Industrial Zone with a total number of 11,000 employees; there are a total of 163 businesses operating in 125 food and beverage businesses, 21 accommodation businesses and 17 travel agency businesses (Yüzbaşıoğlu, Ören, Şahin, 2016). The questionnaire which was created for the purpose of the study was used as a data collection tool (Ören, Arman ve Şahin Ören, 2017), (Sevinç, 2015). A total of 328 employees were recruited by face-to-face survey technique by voluntary sampling method. In the next step, the data set was calculated with the statistical package program. The consistency of the data was evaluated by applying Reliability and Factor Tests, One Way ANOVA and T Test. As a result of the analysis of the study, it was found that the motivation tools applied to the employees showed various differences according to gender, age, education, marital status and seniority.
