The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the organizational citizenship, organizational silence, and organizational burnout behaviors of teachers who are working in general purpose secondary schools. The research is in the relational screening model, and the study's universe constitutes 1172 branch teachers working in 121 secondary schools in the education and training activities in the province of Bingöl in the academic year 2016-2017. The sample of the study consists of 55 randomly selected middle schools in the same school year and 658 branch teachers working in these schools. From the returned 600 scales, the scales that were not filled or unhealthy were analyzed and analyzed through 546 scales. In this study, Organizational Citizenship Scale was used to measure Organizational Citizenship Level, Organizational Silence Scale was used to measure organizational silences, and Maslach Burnout Inventory was used to measure organizational burnout. Frequency and percentage distributions were found for the characteristics of the group to which the scales were applied. T-test was conducted to determine whether there were significant differences between groups in terms of dimensions of organizational citizenship, organizational silence and organizational burnout behaviors and demographic characteristics such as gender, marital status and educational status. One way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA) was conducted to determine whether there is a significant difference between group mean in terms of organizational citizenship, organizational silence and organizational burnout behaviors and demographic characteristics such as branch, age and occupational seniority. In cases where there is a significant difference between the perceptions in the one-way analysis of variance, the LSD test was conducted to find the source of the difference. Correlation was also calculated by Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis to test the relationship between organizational citizenship, organizational silence, and organizational burnout perceptions. The collected data were recorded in a packet program and related descriptive statistics were made. Frequency, percentage, t-test, one way variance analysis and correlation analysis were applied in the analysis of the data. Significance level was accepted as p <0.05. According to the findings obtained in the research; Participants' perceptions of organizational citizenship did not differ significantly according to the gender variable in the dimensions of altruism, gentility, and civic virtue, but the perceptions of the politeness dimension were found to be relatively higher in women than in men. Age, branch, education status variables do not make a meaningful difference in the perceptions of participants regarding organizational citizenship behaviors. Participants' perceptions of organizational citizenship did not differ significantly in terms of altruism, courtesy, gentility, and civic virtue, but the perceptions of the dimension of conscientiousness were found to be relatively higher in single teachers. Participants' perceptions of organizational citizenship did not differ significantly in terms of conscientiousness, courtesy and gentlemenhip according to occupational seniority variable, but perceptions of altruism and civic virtue dimensions differ statistically significantly. It was found that participants' perceptions of organizational silence did not differ significantly in terms of emotional, silent source, managerial and isolation dimensions according to gender, but perception of school environment dimension was relatively higher in males than females. The participants' perceptions of organizational silence did not differ significantly according to age variables in the dimensions of emotion, silence, managerial and isolation, but perception levels related to the dimension of the School Environment were significantly different according to age. The LSD test results for finding the source of this difference are different; Teacher perceptions in the 30-39 age range were found to be due to the fact that the perceptions were relatively lower than those in the age range of 20-29 years and 40 years and older. Branches, marital status and occupational seniority variables did not make a meaningful difference in the participants' perceptions regarding organizational silence behaviors. It was found that participants' perceptions of organizational silence did not show any significant difference in school environment, emotional, managerial and isolation dimensions compared to educational status but that the perceptions of silence dimension were relatively higher than those of undergraduate teachers in graduate education. Gender, marital status and educational status variables did not make a meaningful difference in the perceptions of participants regarding organizational burnout behaviors. There was no statistically significant difference between participants' attitudes towards organizational burnout and the dimension of emotional and personal confidence. However, the perceptions of participants' Emotional Exhaustion and scale totals differed significantly. The LSD test to find the source of this difference was significantly lower than the perceptions of the teachers in the emotional exhaustion age range of 20-29 years who were in the 30-39 age group and 40 years and over. In the scale sum, the perception level of those who are in the age range of 20-29 years is relatively lower than the ones of the age group of 50 years and over. It was found that participants' perceptions of organizational burnout did not differ significantly in terms of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization compared to the branch variable, but perceptions of personal sense of achievement dimension were found to be relatively higher than those of numerical, language, social and art teachers. It was found that participants' perceptions of organizational burnout did not differ significantly in terms of personal accomplishment level compared to occupational seniority but that perceptions of emotional exhaustion and desensitization dimension were higher in teachers working 15 years or more. Key words: Secondary school, teacher, organizational citizenship, organizational silence, organizational burnout.
