Abstract (EN)

In this study, the efficiency of hoods used in kitchens and similar places according to engine types has been analyzed. Analysis of how different engine types affect parameters such as QBEP, PBEP and WBEP has been done. As a result, statistical and comparative analysis of fluid dynamics index (FDE) were done. Calculated using FlowMeas program and calculation methods specified in EU 65/2014, 66/2014 energy regulations. It was statistically analyzed with Minitab program. As a result of analysis and comparison, In the supplier selection of motor with different characteristics and different suppliers; quality, system capacity, financial and shipping performance criteria were examined. Fuzzy TOPSİS method was used.decision making mechanism has been operated for supplier selection in fuzzy environments.
