The research discusses an invaluable genre of the Islamic heritage. It is the thesis of the Scholar, Muhammad Bin Abi Baker, the so-called, Sajekli Zada, on the interpretation of Al-Kadi Al-Baidawi, which is entitled: " A Thesis in Refuting What Al- Baidawi interpolated in his interpretation, as related to the illusions of the philosophers". The research consists of two chapters: The First Chapter: the academic section, which consists subjects: The First Subject talks about the autobiography of Sajekli Zada. It contains five issues. The first issue talks about his name, surname and title. The second issue contains his origination, character, doctrine, and ethics. The third issue contains his sheiks and students. The fourth issue compiles his books and scientific effects. The fifth issue includes his scientific status and his death. The Second Section studies the approach of the composer, and the title of the book. It contains two issues: The first issue talks about the approach of the composer in the method of his presentation to the material, his most important resources, his care of the opinions of the scientists, his outweighs, the value of the scientific script, and the shortcomings on it. The second issue contains the authentication of the script and its attribution to the composer, and then description of the copies and samples therefrom, and the approach of investigation and comment. In the third Section, of this section, I introduced the life of Al-Kadi Al-Baidawi. The Second Chapter contains the investigation section. I concluded the research with a conclusion that summarizes the most important results and mentions the recommendations.
