Abstract (EN)

In this research, in the light of contemporary developments, the provisions regarding Muslim blood were examined in terms of Islamic jurisprudence according to four sects. The study aims to identify preferred views on current problems based on the Qur'an, Sunnah and other Shari'ah sources. The importance of the study stems from the sensitivity of the subjects covered in the research. In a period when there are many fatwas without evidence, it is of great importance to know the shar'i decree clearly and clearly, and this issue is one of the problems of our age. Veiling, inheritance issues, women's work, participation in elections and political life, sedition, mischief and loss of social values as a result of fault and neglect of these duties are questions that need to be answered about women today. Descriptive historical method was used while revealing the position of women in history. Analytical induction method was preferred to analyze the opinions and texts about the rulings of Muslim women in the light of contemporary developments in the Shari'ah and law books, and to analyze the views of the relevant sects by comparing them. The most important results of the research are as follows: Unlike other legal systems that exploit women for their worldly and material interests, it is the religion of Islam that treats women fairly for the first time and gives them all their rights and duties. Mixing of men and women in schools, factories and public places has undesirable consequences can give birth. Among the most important challenges faced by Muslim women is the right of women to leave the house and work in various jobs. Sharia allowed women to work in these areas. Women have proven their success in business life and even surpassed men in some areas. However, the use of all these rights depends on the compliance of the work with the conditions of the Sharia. If this condition is not fulfilled, the woman may neglect her primary duty of raising a generation. As for participation in politics, women can claim political positions like men, as long as they comply with Shariah law. However, in this regard, men and women should not work in a mixed way. The researcher proposes to increase the awareness of religious and national culture so that women do not fall into western secular movements. Likewise, it is necessary to warn reformers, preachers and thinkers that women have a very important and central role in the education and generation reform process. Keywords: Fiqh, Muslim women, Contemporary Developments, Women's Work, Westernization
