The growth of Photography, Digital Printing and New Technology, as well as the direct influence of this situation on art and the new relationships that were developing, led to reinterpretation, reconstruction and much debate. The growth of Photography, Digital Printing and New Technology, as well as the direct influence of this situation on art and the new relationships that are developing, have led to reinterpretation, reconstruction and much debate. In the beginning, photography, which was used for documenting, classifying and creating records, influenced and transformed the routines of life and, at some point, fundamentally changed the field of art. The purpose of the study is to examine concerns about the loss of quality in the work generated by the choices made in the Figure, representation and production processes that are used in the field of art, or current concerns about the technologies that have been introduced with the invention of photography in the process up to now. This research focuses on the individual processes of the artists in general and the techniques and materials that will serve the issues of the practical process and how they produce results. Overall, the analysis of the thesis focuses on three main axes. This thesis concerns, first, the classification of the bibliography relating to the subject of the study and the identification of the related sections, second, the creation of a text structure appropriate for study process, the analysis of the visual documents and the list of artists, and, finally, the unification of the texts to be drawn up in accordance with the objective. During the study period, based on the scanning model, literature was searched, visual and written documents were obtained and data on artists who had a practical process suitable for the purpose were collected. Utilizing research on art ontology, aesthetics and philosophy, which are sources of support and guidance for the work, examples to support the intended concept have been found, certain analysis and a methodology have been developed within the framework of the thesis. In this study, the chronological flow is not regular. While chapters are created with a unique title so as to achieve meaning within themselves, they are used with references, not depending on the chronological flow, but in a way to support and express the subject. Developments and changes mentioned in the field of art continue not in chronological order, but in a way that serves the title and purpose, in some parts in accordance with the historical system and in some parts irregularly. The analysis is made up of six key pieces. Purpose, scope and method have been highlighted in the introduction section of the study. The second part has explored the relationship between technologies such as photography, digital printing, reflection and comparison to contemporary Turkish painting, an overview of the process of reflection, their mainstream use in the practical process, and the effects of materials used to convey reality. The third part of the study has discussed innovations, techniques and principles focused on photography. In the fourth section, a reference has been made to the productions of certain artists from the geography we are in and how technology support occurs in their work to a certain degree. In the fifth section, which has contributed to the thesis method, a relationship has been formed by means of indirect techniques. All of these titles have been clarified on the basis of technology and photography, and the data collected from the subjects addressed in all sections have been provided in the conclusion section.
