Abstract (EN)
Working conditions of the textile sector, it is known to host environments with high noise levels. This research was created with the general screening model by benefiting from quantitative research methods. In accordance with the regulation principles regarding the protection from noise related risks in the enterprise operating in the textile sector of Uşak province, a direct measurement method and a questionnaire application, which is a quantitative data collection tool, were evaluated to evaluate the noise exposure of the employees. The high rate of increase in the number of individuals working in today's industry and textile sector; Depending on environmental risk factors, physiological and psychosocial problems appear to be effective on employees in the work environment. When the findings obtained from the measurements made in the enterprise are analyzed, the values that have reached 97.08 dB are in a degree to prove this. This current noise level can create serious losses in the employee that can cause temporary and permanent hearing loss, poor performance and reduced efficiency. When these findings are examined, it can be seen that the disturbances that may arise due to the loudness of the noise level, the impact on the employee and occupational diseases are an important issue that should be evaluated in line with the psychosocial effects within the scope of occupational health and safety. For this purpose, the study provides the necessary determinations and suggestions based on the occupational health and safety law in order to prevent the psychological effects of noise on employees.
