Shape Deformations At Sculpture Art And Appllications

The artist perceives objects on the nature with his own subjective structure and reflects to his art. An individual artist is a creative individual with his thinking, attitudes and feelings. Every artist and the views of art want to have different ideas. Each individual perceives the nature differently and shapes their own nature in different ways.The artist tries to express himself in every period and uses different methods for this. From the first period till the 20th century, artists have used many techniques at shaping to express themselves. During the process of development, there were many styles and techniques developed to occur original forms. Deformation which is one of those techniques has been used in a very large area. Deformation is the changing of format which will not be found in nature.In this study, understanding and perception of the shape, format and edit the policy-making has been made on the review. The formation factors of deformation at sculpture have been examined and during the historical significant period, it has been analyzed with examples and the general characteristics of that period have been examined and organizing methods of form at deformation has been investigated. At studying of figurative sculptures, deformations were applied and findings have been tried to support.Research results from the first period till the 20th century show that the artists haven?t stayed faithful to the nature and they have been in desire to form a new shape. It has been observed that the deformation has been used for artists to express themselves at the formation of new forms.
