Abstract (EN)

Bilingualism, which is a multifaceted concept formed by the combination of the Latin words "bi" meaning two and "lingualism" used in the meaning of linguistics, is the ability of an individual to use two or more languages as a communication tool and to switch from one language to another without any problems whwn necessary. In this study, it was aimed to determine the reflections of bilingualism on the narrative text writing skills of secondary scholl 7th grade students in terms of morphological features. The study, which was carried out with action research, one of the qualitative method designs, was carried out with 7th grade students of Bereketli Imam Hatip Secondary School in Ergani district of Diyarbakır province. The date collected fors six weeks with personal information form, written expression evaluation form and interview technique were analyzed with content and descriptive analysis methods. As a result of the study, it was determined that the students used the reflexive pronoun "own" and the word "by foot" unnecessarily, and wrote the vowel "ı" at the end of the word as "i" and used the extended vowels "o-ö" as "u-ü". It was also determined that students did not pay attention to spelling rules and punctuation, and did not write double consonants and middle syylable vowels and used the conjunction "and" very often.
