The aim of this study is to measure the intercultural sensitivity levels of prospective teachers and teaching staff in English, German and French teaching departments.156 prospective teachers studying English, French and German programs at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Education at Çukurova University and a total of 26 faculty members teaching in these departments took part in this study. Intercultural sensitivity levels of teacher candidates have been examined according to gender, grade level, known foreign languages, age, and type of education, foreign countries and duration variables. The intercultural sensitivity of the lecturers will be examined according to variables such as gender, seniority, age, academic title and the department studied. This study is a descriptive study in the screening model and it can be said that it was planned according to mixed design. Intercultural sensitivity levels of pre-service teachers and teaching staff in the English, French and German departments were measured by the "Intercultural Sensitivity Scale developed by Chen and Starosta (2000) and adapted to Turkish by Üstün (2011). In addition, 26 faculty members teaching currently at Çukurova University Foreign Languages Departmenthave been asked open-ended questions with a semi-structured interview tool.
