Irak, Diwaniyah'daki birinci basamak sağlık merkezlerinde aile sağlığı hemşirelerini hizmetlerinin değerlendirilmesi

Background : Primary care Centers have acceptable procedures that can be used by families in the community. A standard service was provided by the Iraqi Ministry of Health in order to improve the quality of health care in Iraqi hospitals. Objective : Nursing services in family health units of primary health care centers in Al Diwaniyah will be reviewed. It will contribute to the study by finding the health and nursing needs and challenges of each household and improving the health and nursing services of family members. Method : A suitable sample consisting of 200 nurses was selected using the appropriate sampling method with the G.Power program and these samples were collected from 20 primary health care centers. scale, alpha = 0.82 from Cronbach. The interview took 10-15 minutes. Data collection took place between 22 November 2021 - 22 April 2022. Results : Nurses 55% did not receive any nursing care. that nurses are 25-35 years old 39.5% in terms of age. stated that the number of nurses is more than men and that 52.5% of the total sample has a diploma 36%, the majority of the sample is composed of single nurses according to marital status and constitutes the highest percentage 68%. Conclusion : There is a significant effect on the performance of nurses between the age of the nurses and the years of experience in the family health, there is no statistical significance between the education level of the nurses and the services they provide.
