Abstract (EN)

In this study, Helicobacter pylori is a helix-shaped, curved rod bacterium and it is gram negative measuring a length of about three micrometers with about 0.5 micrometers of diameter. It colonizes the host stomach and it is the major cause of peptic ulcers, gastritis, and gastric cancer especially in adulthood. H. pylori colonize over 50% of people worldwide. Helicobacter pylori (H pylori) are a common bacterium that is present in millions of people worldwide. In the United States, more than 50% of people older than 60 years are affected. Helicobacter pylori is found in the mucous lining of the stomach. It is known to be responsible for 60% to 80% of gastric ulcers and 70% to 90% of duodenal ulcers. It soon became clear that this bacterium causes chronic active gastritis, which in a subset of subjects may progress to other conditions, in particular, peptic ulcer disease, distal gastric adenocarcinomas, and gastric lymphomas. The main objective of this research was to understand relationships between biological (vitB12 and vitD3) and socio-geographical parameters with Helicobacter pylori The study design was a laboratories-based study and purposive sampling technique was used. Participants included all the patients with symptoms Helicobacter pylori infection and who were at the different age groups.100 serum blood samples were collected from the patients and their demographic information recorded after which, they were given questionnaires. The H. pylori blood raped test performed on the serum blood samples and the questionnaires analyzed for risk factors. And after that do vitD3 and vitB12 test in lab. In conclusion, shows the effect of h.pylori depend on p valu (0.05). The findings of this study will give the authorities in health sector a good chance to put in place adequate preventive measures against H. pylori infection. And studying more parameters associated with the role of Vit D3 and Vit B12, and H. pylori infection, and the genetic effect of Vit D3 and Vit B12 polymorphism, and H. pylori infection and studying more hormonal and minerals associated with H. pylori infection. Importantly, all confirmed cases of H. pylori infections should be treated to avoid the chances of transmission and steady supply of clean water to the residents.
