Temporary legal protection in labor proceedings

Relationships between individuals which are organised with abstract laws that every person in society must abide by and the settlements of disputes which arise between individuals have been left to the government whom have judicial power. As a result of this situation, alongside the right to claim one?s rights and the demand to secure one?s legal protection, it is expected that effective legal precautions for protection are provided by the government. Protection from dangers one may be exposed to during the prosecution process or before the commencement of this period, resultant from a lawsuit is provided with temporary legal protections. Principal types of temporary legal protections which are adjudications in their own right are provisional injunction, provisional attachment and the recording of evidence.Temporary legal protection, as with all types of adjudication also with labor proceedings, come across to us as being one of the foundations that can be applied to for effective legal protection. As there are very few provisions containing temporary legal protections within the statutes connected to labor law, regarding these protective precautions in labor proceedings the fundamental principals of civil procedure law and enforcement law must be taken into consideration.The rudiments of temporary legal protections and labor proceedings are given in the first section of this study. Provisional injunction, provisional attachment and the recording of evidence as types of temporary legal protections are touched on in the second section of this study. The final section explains tangible temporary legal protection precautions that may arise within labor proceedings.
