Abstract (EN)

To enter the women, and male colleagues in the face of rising early professional groups may have difficulty standing "scholarship" comes. Today, even in countries where women's social and economic life to participate at the highest level providing "women academics" to place the concept is spent great efforts. In studies among male and female academics in terms of self-efficacy are thought to play a role in the career development no difference can be detected, but the service sector in the hard work, one has seen that problem and emerge as an obstacle for women of factors such as positive attitude and communication event. Many factors led to this case can be considered. Social values, personal characteristics, enterprise applications, family support are among them. In the Academic Self-Efficacy this thesis is defended that it is an important factor of the participants to ensure the Faith, the two groups studied, and two of them were also revealed factors that were found to be a direct effect of the Academic Self-Efficacy Beliefs of job satisfaction.
