Book of Koroghlu (235v-257r) (Textual analysis, transcribed text and index)

The Book of Koroghlu, which belongs to the period of Chaghatay Turkic, was scribed by Mirza Halil Yuzbasiyev Karabagi in 1936-1937. The book is preserved in Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Institute of Manuscripts. This study composed of three chapters except the introduction and conclusion. These three chapters are textual analysis, transcribed text and index. In the introduction the epope genre was introduced, the epic of Koroghlu was described in detail and the pages between 235v and 257r of the Book was summarized. In the analysis part, these pages have been transcribed from Arabic alphabet into Roman alphabet. In the index, the meaning of all the words have been given in an alphabetical order.
