A total of 40 participants (30 females, 10 males) aged between 25 to 50 were randomly divided in two groups; kinesiology taping group and control group. The participants in both groups received a conventional physical therapy program including therapeutic ultrasound (5 mins), TENS (30 mins), Infrared (30 mins) with home based exercise program. Kinesiology taping group received only one session for star technique taping for 48 hours. We use Visual Analog Scale for pain intensity, hip flexor flexibility test and finger-ground distance for elasticity, Berg Balance Scale for balance, symptoms Beck anxiety inventory for anxiety, Oswestry disability index for disability, Tampa Kinesiophobia Scale for kinesiophobia, Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index for quality of sleep, Nottingham Health Profile for quality of life. Were measured at baseline and after the treatment programme. According to the results, in the kinesiology taping group was found to be statistically significant only in quality of life (p<0,05) and kinesiophobia (p<0,05) and the rest of the other parameters were not significant effect (p >0,05). According to the result of this study, we belive that kinesiology taping method has positive result on quality of life and kinesiophobia with patient who has cronical low back pain. Also, this method of study can be an alternative treatment method on cronical low back pain treatments. Key words: Low back pain, physical therapy, kinesiologic taping, quality of sleep
