Abstract (EN)
The results of the study show that epiduroscopy provides severe pain palliation in patients with degenerative conditions such as neurogenic claudication / radiculopathy and chronic back pain, based on features such as mechanical, laser adhesiolysis and the targeted steroids, analgesics and hyaluronidase application. This is a minimally invasive procedure that provides a marked pain reduction that begins in the first week and continues throughout the follow-up period in a properly selected patient population.
