ظاهرةُ الاستغناء في سُورِ المُفصَّل

The phenomenon of dispensation is a stylistic phenomenon in the Arabic language which still appeals the researcher to stand on, and then check it scientifically to analyze its causes and find its value of its presence in the Arabic tongue. This phenomenon is found like other stylistic phenomenon in Arabs speech before the language and grammar scientists, who put the rules and structures for it, note it. It is considered one of the ways to develop and get the Arabic language into manner. The Arabs used it to express one meaning by more than one way, style and phrase. Sibaway was the first to note this phenomenon and spoke about it in different parts of his book. Then others followed him like Ibn Jini, Al-Suyuti, Al-mobarid, Ibn Al-saraj, Ibn Al-anbari and others. Some of them put a separate section for dispensation in their books and talked about it from its different aspects and so did the new researcher and scholars. They studied the phenomenon and talked about it depending on the books of the first scientists. Dispensation means to change from one formula to another or from a structure to another structure or a use to use. The change maybe the measurement that is imposed by the rules which are no longer in use. Maybe the dispensation of a formula which is used a lot to a less used one but it is the main and the speaker is forced to it. What is known more about this phenomenon, ignoring the dispenser completely till it becomes a fall or leaving a used formula to another is more appropriate and approved to the grammar make and that is dispensing the Arabs from a word by another or more by deleting some of it or by changing its image or using a word that is not in its derivation for the existence of presumption that is a favour and a request for lightness and abbreviation and an impact of rhetoric and intonation of the meaning. It is stipulated in dispensation not to be without reason or motivation or without aiming for something to serve the language or it would be a mean of linguistic corruption and chaos which is not accepted in Arabic Language. It is also stipulated that the speech should be after dispensation and a good molted direction not weak, neither brutal nor strange and there will be no finer or figurative. This is one of the styles and attributes of the fantastic Quran's text. Why not and it is the speech of the Lord of the Worlds Who is a Miracle Himself. If The Holly Quran is the torch that never extinguishes and the sea which doesn't dry, we opined our study to be on this phenomenon through what is called ( Sur al mofassal )The detailed Texts) that start with the letter ( Q) and ends with the end of the Holly Quran. We also talked and explained that in the chapter of ( Sur al mofassal{The detailed Texts}) We can say that dispensation is an old phenomenon in the Arabic tongue. The scientists had talked about shyly. They mentioned examples for it from the Holly Quran and the Arab language and didn't give it a whole definition, then the scholars came in the recent time and tried to gather the trifling matter.
