Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employees' performance. The sample of the study consists of 167 white-collar employees in the headquarters of a private enterprise operating in Izmir. Research data were obtained by survey method and questionnaire technique. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that there is no significant relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance. In addition, mostly significant differences were found between demographic variables and organizational commitment and employee performance.
